Inspection.
The first step is getting documentation of all damages. Before we start the process. We first have to assess the condition of your property before contacting insurance

Contacting insurance.
When you contact your provider they will ask for a "date of loss" ask your technician for this date. Your provider just needs proof that a storm has came through and affected your home.
step 3
Your provider will schedule and send out an adjuster to inspect your property. Once that date is scheduled, notify your technician. It is important to have your technician present during this meeting to point out and make sure all damages are being documented.

There are many components to a roofing system and if one is done incorrectly, it puts the integrity at risk, you become at risk, all of your belongings become at risk, even the value of your property. Our target is to bulletproof your roofing system. How? The team at BPR takes all the necessary precautions and procedures during the roof replacement process. We tear all the way down to the decking to inspect any rotted wood, if rotted wood is revealed we will replace as needed. BPR only uses a synthetic felt paper for the underlayment. The synthetic paper is much better than the traditional paper, because it does not absorb water. We use a variety of shingles with different class ratings our goal is to upgrade your shingle to the highest class we can. We also know accidents happen that's why we board up all the windows and cover up any plants that could be damaged in the process.
